Pac-10 notebook Coaches sound off on John's termination
The big news in the Pacific-10 Conference this week was Oregon State firing Jay John as coach Sunday and replacing him with assistant Kevin Mouton for the rest of the season. Most Pac-10 coaches' reactions were similar to that of Oregon coach Ernie Kent, under whom John served as an assistant for a season.
