Frances M. Baker of Oregon City died Aug. 21, 2008, at age 74. Frances M. Foxworthy was born Nov. 2, 1933, in Monte Vista, Colo., and moved to Milwaukie in 1942, and soon after to Phoenix, Ore. She moved to West Linn in 1972 and was head housekeeper for Dwyer Memorial Hospital. In 1950, she married Jonathan Blore; they divorced. She married William G. Baker in 1963; he died in 1996.
