Open Question: Rights to keep a car? Top
I have a ford fiesta which is currently on hire purchase. I have recently declared myself bankrupt and been informaed by my official reciever that they have no interest in the car and it is up to my credit company on if they let me keep the car or take it back. It has now been over a month and I have had no word. I have tried contacting them but can never get through to a department that can help. Is there any way I can give/sell this car to someone or would the credit company still have the rights to reclaim it even if the log book isnt in my name? Technically the debt on the car no longer exsits as I am no longer obligated to pay it. Any help would be great as im sick of a car sitting on my drive and no knowing what to do with it. Thanks

Open Question: Do the uk mp's who fiddled their expenses claims think most of the general public are a thick? Top
Tony McNulty: I didn't 'fiddle' my expenses Tony McNulty, the former Home Office minister who was forced to repay £13,000 after subsidising his parents from public funds, has insisted that he did not "fiddle" his expenses. Jacqui Smith is another one who got her homes mixed up as to which one was her permanent home ,a very easy mistake to make. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/politics/6466139/Tony-McNulty-I-didnt-fiddle-my-expenses.html

Open Question: my company seems to have changed its usual wage payment dates without informing its employees is this legal? Top
we are usually paid on the 1st of the month. In the past if the 1st is on a Saturday,Sunday or bank holiday we got paid the Friday before. There is nothing specific, in the company hand book or my contract, but it has been paid that way for at least the last 7 or 8 years. This pay day the company did not pay us on the Friday (the 1st being on Sunday) and we were then told that the company now pays on the Friday if the 1st is a Saturday and we will be payed on the following Monday if the 1st falls on a Sunday. Is this a change in company policy? or is it a change in company practise? either way it is not a change to the contract as this just states that we get paid on the 1st in arrears(i have always assumed that the statement "in arrears" meant "payment for our last months work". should the employees have been given verbal or written notice of any changes ????

Open Question: Why are the left so confused in Politics? Top
They talk of sharing the wealth.Well why should anybody share with them something they have never earned? They talk of better wages but has that not caused Manufacturing to be taken to countries where Labour is cheap? Should the Left consider that their lazy ideas have caused the destruction of once great Manufacturing nations such as Britain and the fall of our Economy is down to them and they are the reason people do not have jobs because of their lack of work ethic and for pricing themselves from the market? Well if you do not want to consider the facts hardly my fault is it! Lets be honest if it was to bite you on the nose it still wouldn't register Even your own Leftist Governments have imported masses of cheap Labour to bypass you. Tiki as you can see you would be wasting your breath they are determined to bring about their own destruction. Explain oh Lefties you believe that the World relies on Labour which would mean you are all for a Global economy so how come the Nations that are growing and expanding are those that produce goods that you buy because they are cheaply produced by keeping wages at a reasonable level. The nations that are in decline are those that cannot any longer compete because of unreasonable demands of the past? That would be because of the bosses fault then? Eugene i am not saying that in the past the left have not done good things but what i am saying is knowing when enough is enough takes vision and forethought. Anyway let me leave with this thought no Economy can survive without producing goods that are worth buying at the right price Bureaucracy produces nothing but paper and reduces rain forests enjoy your dole money because the ways of paying it are running out fast! No mark they produce quality goods at the right price they have a high work ethic and are proud of what they produce. So ask yourself why does this not happen in Britain then? Ask yourself why was British Leyland doomed? No you are very confused people indeed!

Resolved Question: Do we have any legal way to challenge the existence of the EU? Top
In my opinion the governance of the EU is unlawful and wrong. It is opaque, it is unelected, it is corrupt, it squanders billions annually for no purpose, it has never submitted signed-off accounts - it is a rotten organisation, and I want to know whether any EU citizen has the legal Right to challenge its existence? Could any of the EU's law, such as the those about Human Rights, be used against the EU itself in order to challenge its governance? Or do we have to live with it forever now, powerless, under its dictatorship, while it squeezes us tighter and tighter with laws we cannot oppose until life becomes unbearable?
