| Im 15 and I was attacked by a girl in Tim Hortons. My dad got a lawyer and the girl is getting charged with assault and we are going to try to sue Tim Hortons (for many reasons, its a long story). I dont want your opinion on my case, all I want to know is will I have to show up in court for either of these things? If so, what will I have to do? I already gave a witness statement to the police, if that makes a difference. Thanks! | |

| I live in dublin , ireland and i was out tonight with some friends , i was not drinking alcohol , anyway after the nightclub i decided to go to the takeaway fast food by myself to get some food . When i was outside waiting to go in a guy came up to me who i do know by name and got in my face , he looked a little drunk or maybe drugged i don't know but he kept saying come on come on do somethin lets see how much of a man you are , so i just put my hand on his chest to keep him from getting in my face and then he threw some punches at me , a couple of them hitting me on the face , one resulting in a fat lip , he started trying to headbutt me then but a couple of his friends dragged him away . So could i press an assault charge on him or is the fact that i had put my hand on his chest to keep him from getting close going to make that impossible ? | |

| i would like to find the by - laws in relation to bellshill south lanarkshire as i feel that the councillors and inspectors don't pay enough attention to the wishes of there people in cleaning up there environment i feel if they took more interest in there environment as they used to do ,they could do better for this little town i think put into practise the little details and stick to them for example doing there rounds of the housing schemes or should i say ea states making people take of there gardens paths and roads and that goes for private households to t,hen from the little things big things can Develop i feel no one cares anymore starting from the ground roots to the houses of Parliament as long as they get there payment in whatever form that takes they don't care you know if you start from the basics and sort them out then the rest will follow where has the basics gone and the respect with it , so to all region inspectors please do your jobs and get those people that you employ to do there jobs because as of a while since now we dont have respect for you or your principles i am sick of cigaret buts not being cleened up by the establishments like pubs betting shops carryout establishments ect it makes not just me but all of the people i talk to i even saw a council crosing pearson throwing litter it is not good pleas get back to your roots and inprove this comunity i am sick of cigaret buts not being cleened up by the establishments like pubs betting shops carryout establishments ect it makes not just me but all of the people i talk to i even saw a council crosing pearson throwing litter it is not good pleas get back to your roots and inprove this comunity hi to celtic-s... things here dont change but only get more frustrating just like most places but keep in mind things are not always greener on the other side of the fence but from me to you hi nice to hear from you xx b/hill to old cynic i know but whare things have to be taken in to account the local laws should be be put in place and local laws seem to be afraid to do anything no mater what law abiding citicens do | |
