Hi, Is it legal to own pepper spray, an ASP 26" Police Baton and ASP Handcuffs in the UK IF you don't carry it around ? I really want to know as I need some form of protection, but the handcuffs are going to be mainly for messing around in forests with BB Guns and for protection whilst camping. If so, does anyone know where I could get police equipment from for quite cheap without shipping it from anywhere but the UK Only ? The conservatives are increasing VAT which is most likely going to lead to more crime, but then they're cutting thenumber of police officers and now they want to stop putting criminals in prison. If there's higher VAT things are going to cost more so there's going to be more crime.

I went to work today just like usual and was told I was no longer allowed to drink water at my till. I said ok and then asked how often and how i was supposed to get a drink? To which I recieved the reply around every hour or so. Now I know that seams like a lot but the hot air in the shop and the constant talking to customers as we are always busy (poundland) and im absolutely dry mouthed after 20mins. Today i eneded up with blister like white all over my mouth from not drinking as often as i feel i need to, as I couldn't get off my till very often anyway. Open Question: Is there possibilty to be successful in my UK Visa Appeal? Top
I have been refused to obtain UK visa and I got full right to appeal. The ECO mentioned four grounds to be refused, 1) Working terms and conditions 2) English ability from test provider, 3) Accomodation documents in the UK and money. ECO said, I have submitted a letter of employement but I didn't submit the terms and conditions. I have submitted english certificate from a UK college but not from a test provider. I have sufficinet fund but I didn't submit evidences of source of the fund and I have submitted a letter of accomodation from uk friends but I didn;t submit thier housing circumstances. However I have submitted my appeal application to the visa section including three new documents excluding the English test one. I explained that I am good in english and I have at least 12 years working experience as journalist with two leading newspapers in my country. I have studied two years in London, the UK. I have some good works in british culture. I thought the ECO will consider my previous immigration history in the UK. Five months ago I came back to my country and I have been offered to work as overseas representative in the UK for my newspaper industry in my country. So I had to come back to take this opportunity and I had applied to obtain visa inconjunction with my wife and minor child as my dependants. I thought the visa section will review my appeal and turned decision without appeal hearing. But I didn't get any response yet even after a month submission of my appeal application. Maybe it has been sent to the tribunal for hearing. So I am waiting for the date to hear my appeal from the Imiigration and Asylum judge from the UK. I am worried about my future. Could you please explain me is there any possibility to be successful in appeal? Is there any opportunity to obtain visa on human grounds?

i live in england enough to hate this place very much. i meet manyu people who have the same opinion i live in london and as u know we got people over here from around the world and i never meet anyone ho live over here for more than 10 years and say hmm england i a great and english people are ok. everyone hate this place and english people. many people who come over believe that england is a grea place where are moeny and good life. at the end many people end living in squads on the street or in a rooms sharing accomodation with other 4 room mates. u can meet many those immigrants salling big issue begging for moeny on the street. the are not entitled to any state support cuz they are the lowest human being. even if they die on the street no one will care. other part of people are those ones who survivd in some way the do cleaning job or other labouring working 15h/day for 5£/hour paying 400£/room month +bills and enjoying beautifull life in london they work saturdays too to save some money. smetimes those people are very high educated but cuz they are not anlosaxons they end as lowes level of human. some of those people i meet say that . Even dog in england i treated better than immigrant i agree with those people. different nations hate england for different reasons for example AU didnt forget the past the same canadians others hate this place cuz their survivor is very difficult. u can find very easy what im talking about just go and visit few flats in peckham u will find many of those poor immigrants living in a room with 2 or 3 other mates. u will find people from around the world living like animals in dirty smelly cheap rooms but thats all they can afford. its shame. thats why many people hate this place im one of them. i wish it was different its not Endland sucks and is full of racist scum Shamus im american you slut!!!!
