The pay isn't all that much, the hours are long and the competition is tough. However, you do get to go to every Spurs home game for free. That could be the reason 120 women tried-out to become Silver Dancers. Auditions were held Saturday to help fill  the 2010-2011 Silver Dancer Squad.
